okayy so...
I have came to this country with my two daughters in 2002. Then I applied for settlement and was refused. Then again in 2009 September I applied again for ILR then received the ILR in 14 march 2011. Now I have come questions...
1. Are we eligible to apply for naturalisation?
2. I wanted to know if we meet the koll requirement, our education:
Me : life in the uk, ESOL entry level 3
My first daughter : life in the uk, gcse and BTEC( in uk)
My second daughter : life in the uk, gcse, a levels and currently second year of her degree in pharmaceutical chemistry.
So do we need the B1 qualification?
I WOULD BE REALLY REALLY GRATEFUL IF SOMEONE ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS.
