Help in filling the form

Hi,
I am 50% share in a my own company.
Until three months ago, I run my own salary and dividends from my company.
Three months ago, I have joined a permanent position.
For section 3.2 which is more suitable to me ? options are
i) An employee ?
ii) A business partner ?
iii) Self Employed?
iv) A director ?
I am still the director of my own company holding 50% share in it.
