documents required for british citizenship

hi..i got my ilr(2 yrs hsmp + 3 yrs tier1 general basis) last year on 21st dec .what documents are required to send to apply for british citizenship ?..i got married on march 2012 and made my dependant in june 2012..she was already in uk since 2009 sep(1yr student+ 2 yrs psw)..when i applied for my ilr she got 2yrs visa till 24th dec 2014..my question is when can she apply for ilr? few people say she has to be my spouse for 2yrs then she can apply,few say 5yrs..plz some one help me in this..thnx
