Hi,

I have got ILR last month and i am applying today for registration for my child under section 1(3) through NCS.

My child is 3 years old and she is in Pakistan for more then 1 year.
Can any one confirm if i need to complete Section 2 "Residence requirement".

any urgent help will be appreciated.

At the least the first section. You can fill in the rest also but it will have no affect on the application as there are no residential requirements for 1(3) applications.
