I am planning to apply for my daughter registration as BC.

Do I have to send her passport with MN1 application if I chose council cheking service or not.

Thanks

Isn't your daughter a BC already?

The confusion on your question is that on 11 July 2013 you posted this stating your daughter is already registered so how can she have ILR if already registered as BC :

Now I need to apply her British Passport.

What Other documents I need to send with application form

1 - Full Birth Certificate
2 - Registration Certificate

Do I have to send my own and wife's passport and Bio metric Residence card with application or not?
Also do I need to send Marriage certificate as well?

Please urgent help required

Thanks

If you choose the Nationality Checking Service then the passport will be copied and given back to you at your appointment. It would not need to be sent off to the Home Office. I think the above poster was responding to the quote from July rather than to your original question.
