Speeding conviction from court- Impact on naturalisation?

Hi
I got my ILR in Feb 2013 and am eligible for BC in Feb 2014. In Jul 2013, I was stopped by police for over speeding on a motorway. as I was close to 100 mph, I was told I might have to attend the court.
In Nov '13 I did get a notice to either attend the court or plead guilty through Post. I had no choice of not pleading guilty and hence I did plead guilty through post. I am now given 6 points and a fine which I have paid in full.
Because this was a conviction in court, would this impact the BC application. Should I wait for 3 years (or 1 year) before I apply, or can I apply in Feb 2014 to get the BC.
Any advice on this would be much appreciated
Thanks
