Hi all,
Has anyone here had to apply for a certificate of entitlement
from africa, if yes what supporting documents did you have to
submit with your application and how long did it take for you to get
a reply?

Can they refuse to issue a certificate of entitlement even when I have
been registered as a citizen and I have a naturalisation certificate but no British passport?
