my child got a british citizenship (born and lived in uk for first 10 years category) and going to apply british passport but in section 3 they asking old or current passport issuing any other countries. My child passport is in home office, when we made flr (o) application and it was refused and home office hold our child passport including me and my partner. What should I send with the passport application? I got a photocopy of her passport only. Does uk born birth certificate and british citizenship certificate is not enough? If I say in the box Yes, we must send some passports? Please help me out. Many thanks

Passport is not a must. Just say yes and explain in section 8 that it is currently with UKBA.
