my husband got approval, applied begin of December, money has been taken en of December and 6/02/2014 approval.
EU national PR holder
I have question about document
I am from non-EU and married with EU and stay in UK 5 years,(on marriage certificate date +1 on April )
My husband Naturalised to BC and my questions
1- do I need from spouse of BC, Permanent residence card or Indefinite leave remain (Do I must to apply for if so, which one?)
I am asking that because, is that not enough to have visa for 5 years of period?
if spouse doesn't have passport what shall I bring to ncs?
without PR/ILR
Kind Regards

You need to have ILR or permanent residency before you apply for naturalisation as a non-EU national.

If you are the spouse of an EEA national, you will automatically have permanent residence status after your spouse has exercised EEA free movement rights in the UK for any continuous period of 5 years. You must not have been outside the UK for 6 months or more in any one of the 5 years residence period (except if any one absence from the UK not exceeding 12 months for an important reason
such as pregnancy and childbirth, serious illness, study or vocational training or an overseas posting) or you will have lost your permanent residency status.

You can apply for a permanent residency card (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/eucit ... ts-family/), but it is not mandatory. If you do not, you will have to demonstrate that your partner exercised his treaty rights for 5 continuous years. I assume he'd have submitted this information for his own naturalisation - 5 years of P60s, employer’s letter confirming employment over the relevant period, letter from government confirming benefits paid out for 5 years, etc.

4- if I have to have ILR is that enough to have confirmation letter from HO? Or I need full ILR document ?

1. No. You need to have PR status which is obtained automatically after 5 years. See Q1 & Q5 in the FAQ.
2. He doesn't need to hold a British passport. The Naturalisation Certificate which he will get in the ceremony is enough,
3. Once you complete 5 years of residence and your husband is British.
