Professional Referee M1

Hi,
My son was born in October last year when I was on a Tier 1 visa. I have just been granted ILR and understand he is now eligible to apply for British Citizenship under section 1(3). In looking at the application requirements it says I need to have a referee who has dealt with him in a professional capacity. Given he's only 3 months old this is somewhat challenging so I was looking for some advice. I have friends who are professionals in the eligible areas (nurse, police office etc) but they haven't dealt with him in a professional capacity (thankfully in the case of the police office). The only other option I can think of is to use a doctor or nurse at our local surgery, but he's only visited there once so far as he got his first inoculations in NZ while we were visiting, and from looking at other posts it appears doctors have tried to remove themselves from this responsibility.
Any advice/thoughts on who would be sufficient?
Thanks in advance
J
