Naturalization: Documents Required for Self Employed

Hi

I am a self employed professional since October 2013 and am applying for Naturalization application in few weeks. As I am self employed for less than a year I don't have HM Revenue & Customs self-assessment statement of account.

I request senior members to suggest me list of documents required for my application. I have P60 for last year & P45 from my previous employer.
