Data for Section 3.5 of AN FORM

Hi,
Can someone inform what data is required in section 3.5 (Address of Tax Office or Tax office Reference) in AN Form?
Where i can get this information ? Thanks

If you are employed, your HR department can give it to you or alternatively, it will be on your P60. It is the employer tax details, not your own.

My HR department is non coperative people. They will not provide any information.
In My P60 certificate there is column about EMPLOYER PAYE REFERENCE. This information is in below format.
999/ EXP9999
Can you please confirm you are reffering same thing. It is P60 right side third cell from top.
First Cell is Tax Year to YEAR name
Second cell is HMRC Office Name
Third Cell is Employer PAYE Reference Name

Third Cell is Employer PAYE Reference Name
You can use either of the two above or you can put both on the form.

Hi All,
In section 6.5 form MN1, signature expected from child. Please let me know how to handle this requirement as my child is too little to make a signature?

Children under 18 are not expected to sign the application. The parent or legal guardian signs the form on behalf of the child.
