Hello,

Wonder if someone can help me this query on Section 3.2-3.4 in the citizenship form AN.

Are you an Employee? Business Partner? Self Employed? A director?.

I am working as a contractor. So, do i say - Self Employed

Name of Employer or Business
Address of Employer or Business:

I contract thru an Agency (Umblella company) so what address shall i mention. I am neither an employee or own a company/business.

How do you pay your income tax? Do you do a self-assessment or is it deducted at source through PAYE?

Tax is deducted at source by PAYE. I'll file a Self Assessment anyway later when i get my P60 in June/July.
But yes i get my payment after tax deduction by my umbrella company.
