Citizenship Referees

Hi All,

I will be applying my naturalisation soon, Can I use the following referees on my application?

1st Referee - My Friend who is working as a software engineer, Living in UK for last 2 years on HSMP (Indian Citizen).
He has done his Bachelor degree in India
OR
I have an other friend who has done his MBA in UK and chartered accountant degree in India and he is in Tier1 visa living in UK for the past 4 years or so. He is a contractor working in credit suisse.

Which one would be the correct to choose accountant or software engineer ? please suggest ?

2nd Referee - My family friend who works in a retail job as customer service assistant (British Citizen)

I know both of them more than 3 years.

Are these referees acceptable? Can you please advise me?

1. Charted Accountant would be good. Make sure they write profession as an Accountant.

2. For the second referee make sure they are at least 25 years old.
