Good Character help please

dear Sir or Madam
i have an offence on my driving licence since 08/2010 under the code LC20 means Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence
its been 3 years and half nearly but this offence last for 4 years .
is it ok for me to apply for the British citizenship if my conviction has passed 3 years or should i stay still wait till is over

Yes, you can apply if you meet the other standard requirements but must declare a conviction. If it's just a FPN then just include a copy of your paper counterpart.

well i been to court about that and have been charged 175 pound also i am not working at the moment will make any good for my application
