Listing countries where spent time abroad??

Hi,
Just a quick question filling in the AN form. Over the past five years I have travelled for work to various countries, often to several in the one short journey -ie one or two weeks. Do I need to list them all in the little space provided on the form and then the date I left and returned to the UK or just list one or two? (ie Italy, Croatia, Greece, France and then the dates 1/3/14- 8/3/14 or just Italy 1/3/14-8/3/14. I was a guest entertainer on cruise ships but only on an occasional basis so was not out of the UK much)
