Hi,

I am confused on how the 3 year stay for spouse of UK citizen is calculated ?

I and my wife are currently on ILR, I will be eligible in NOV this year to apply for naturalization. My wife has been here since DEC 2010 , I want know whether I can apply my spouse for naturalization at the same time ? ; as she has completed more than 3 years.

This means, that I should apply for my spouse naturalization after I have done my own naturalization ( attended the ceremony). She will complete more than 4 years legal stay in UK by then and hence it shouldn't be a problem.

It's your wife that would need to apply. You can't apply on her behalf.
