Banned for driving by DVLA for failing to read number plate

My friend's wife could not read a number plate when she wanted to take her practical driving test.
The Drivers Medical Group of DVLA has banned her from driving as a results.

Question 1 is: would this affect her application for naturalisation?

She can appeal this decision.
Questin 2 is: if she appeals would this affect her application for naturalisation?

Is this matter a civil judgment/penalty or warning/reprimand etc. for the purpose of the naturalisation?

Many thanks,

Kind regards,

Meha

It won't affect her naturalisation application and she doesn't need to mention it when she applies for BC. It simply means the examiner didn't consider her safe to drive.

In addition, tell her to get her eyes checked by an ophthalmologist see if anything can be done for her.
