Naturalisation and absence from UK

Hello,
I have received my ILR on July 15, 2013 and intend to apply for naturalisation end of July 2014.
But, in June, I will terminate my employment in UK and start working abroad.
I will come to UK end of July just for applying for naturalisation, and go back abroad and still will be in 90 days threshold.
I will put in my application that I intend to live in UK....
Eventually, I will return to UK as I have got home and family here.
Is it going to be a problem at all that I will not work here at the time of application ?
