Citizenship Application for non EEA Citizen based on 6 years

Hi everyone I will be Applying British citizenship based on the following

I am compiling the List of the documents I need.
Just want to make sure i don't miss anything as its a 900£ + my future involved.

Photo
Completed referee page
Completed application form
Completed Citizenship free form
My Passport (Non EEA Pakistani)
Wife's passport (Polish)
Marriage certificate
WRS registration dated March 2008
Payslips + P60s Covering a period of 5.5 years.
Travel documents of our arrival in UK November 2007
My Payslips
Driving license
Life in the UK test pass certificate
English language Pass certificate
My letter from HMRC confirming my self employment
statement of Tax from HMRC spanning over a period of 6 years
My wife is currently looking after our newborn and intends to return to work at some point (hopefully at the end of this year)
I have no criminal convictions or fines at all ever.

DO i need any additional docs or areas covered ? any help much appreciated.

or if anyone else applied under EEA please share your experience.
Me and wife did applied EEA1& EEA2 but we did not applied EEA3 & EEA4.

Your employment is irrelevant and not required.

Both passports + WRS + proof of employment of your wife + marriage certificate + photos + LIUK + English.

I am completing the application form AN 1 and having some confusion on the following sections.

I am a Non EEA making an application for Citizenship .
which section do I need to complete with my Wife's (EEA national) employment details ?

The 2.4 and 2.5 section ? which section is applied to EEA or non EEA member ?
I am slightly confused.
also checked the forum regarding completing the form AN and there is no clear cut answer. so hoping someone will clear this up once and for all.

Hopefully someone can give me a quick reply.

Yes, the form is not very clear.

1.1 : You can EEA2 number but i don't think they asking for this.

2.4 : Family member

2.5 : EU national exercise treaty rights only. You don't have to write about you

You mean in 2.4 I put the words "family member" or my wife's employment details. Sorry if that sounds dumb...

Runie80 - I was in the same situation. If you hold PR (permanent residence) for more than 12 months then you don't have to fill in section 2.4 which is relevant to non-eea family members. However,if you don't have that then you have got to fill this section and evidence showing how you have been excercising treaty rights. Hope that makes sense.
