Hi,

My daughter's (minor) indian passport expired during her naturalisation processing period. Now we need to apply for her British passport.
The BP application form requires to sumit any uncancelled current passport.
Can i still use this expired passport in the application?

Yes, you can use this passport. I used the same for my minor daughter too.

Thanks for the response. I submitted the application with expired Indian passport and it was successful.
In fact the British passport application form guidelines does mention that it should be a valid passport. Passports are valid as long its not surrendered (with their corners cut).
Shame we don't bother to read the guidelines.
