British Passport Application From Bangladesh

Hi There
I applied for my child British passport from Bangladesh in August 2013. Its been about seven months running.
still I didn't receive his passport. He is born in the Uk and he has been registered British citizen from UK.
Can you please give me any idea what I can do ?
