DEAR SIRS ,

I AM IN ILR AND MY FAMILY IS IN INDIA , I WANT TO BRING MY FAMILY HERE CAN U GV ME A SUPPORT AND ADVISE PLEASE.MY SON IS BORN IN 2007 IN UK BUT I SEND MY WIFE AND MY SON BACK IN 2010 . SO CAN I APPLY FOR MY SON MN1 FORM HERE WITH OUT HIM? CAN I REGISTER AS BECOMING NATURALISED FOR MY SON . CAN ANY ONE PLEASE REPLY ME .

Yes you can apply for your child's registration as British on form MN1 by virtue of section 1(3) BNA, this can be done whilst the child is abroad.

Your spouse may need to meet the new spouse visa requirements, including the Financial Requirement and A1 English. This is now a 5 year route to settlement.

Dear sirs,

hope u all fine, this is regarding my ilr spouse visa financial question can u please clear my question that i want to show 22400 for my dependent (including my son) i work over time each month , these overtime will be counted in my salary requirement .i earn monthly 1900 including overtime .so u pls reply me these will be considered are not thank u

Once your child is registered as British, you only need to meet financial requirements for your wife only, which is 18,600 pounds.
