Need some help with the form.

When counting absences during last three years the date of departure and arrival should also be counted as absence.

The page 4 section 1.17 where 5 years address history is requested do we need to mention the current address as well on the page, because we already mentioned the current address on the previous page. (Page 3 Section 1.16)

You don't count the day of departure or day of arrival. It doesn't matter that you include your current address twice. In fact in the section for all addresses it also requests dates from and to.
