Hi everyone,

Can you please help me, I want to travel and buy my flight tickets tomorrow as I intend to travel in August but my wife's EEA2 (5 years visa non-eea of an eea family member) will expire mid-September...

My question is it still ok to travel in August if the visa expires mid-September, or is it the same as a passport with at least 3 months validity for the visa too?

I'd appreciate your help, and please don't hijacked my thread again

it should not be a problem at all.
if you both are coming back to UK after her RC expires, then just take your marriage certificate with you in case the immigration officer asks.
