I don't understand what to write in question 1.21. Currently, I am living in Sandwell council but I am applying through Dudley council NCS. Also, I am planing to have ceremony through Dudley council. Shall I write anything in this section or left it blank.

If your application is approved, you will need to take part in citizenship ceremony. The venue will normally be within a local authority area near where you live. If you want to have your ceremony in another area, you should give us details of the local authority location below

Where can I find the test number on the Life in the UK Test certificate.

Is the Test Instance ID the test number.

1.21 The HO automatically send your certificate to the council area that does ceremonies where you live. It is not based on which NCS council you use. So if you live in Sandwell, does it have its own council?? If yes and you don't want to use it, then write the details for Dudley

1.22 - Not sure but I think so, cannot remember from when I did my application and don't have my certificate anymore.
