Register as a BC from BNO status

Note : BC - British Citizen / BNO - British National (Overseas)
I would like to ask a question to the professions who are familiar about how BNO changes to BC status.
If I am a person who is,
1. born in Hong Kong before 1997
2. ethic Chinese, holding both BNO and HKSAR passports
3. never lived in the UK
4. having a UK university degree (through distance education)
5. married to a Swiss Citizen, and naturalised as a Swiss Citizen already
6. a resident of Switzerland
Therefore, I will have the right to live in the UK as other EEA nationals.

My question is, in the situation of having a BNO passport and the right of abode in the UK,
What are the possible ways for me to register as a BC?
* I am not planing to live in the UK for 5 years and not working in Crown service in Switzerland *
