Can anybody share his/her experience with NCS guys ( particularly of Manchester council)? I am interested to know how much time they take to check the documents, form etc , co could I book my day accordingly.

Usually any NCS doesn't take more than 30 - 45 minutes to check and take a copy of your docs.
