Hi,

I have submitted citizenship application to NCS Croydon on 9th May. It is very straightforward case. All conditions meeting. At the time of submission, NCS has given me special delivery reference number so that mail can be tracked on line.

I am checking since then. Everyday same message on royalmail website,

"It's on its way. Your item with reference NNNNNNNNN is currently progressing through our network"

I think it is abnormal situation. Please advise whom to contact in this situation.

have patience - when I applied through NCS they did told me this that royal mail some times take time to update ..

you can call royal mail customer service and they can let you know.

They most likely have received it but Royal Mail did not processed it properly.

It has happened to me a few times when I returned something back to online retailer, got the money back regardless of delivery status which never changed since I posted it.

Maybe give Home Office a call to see if they've received your application?

Call NCS that you have been to and ask if HO has received your application.
