Hi,

My husband and I are UK citizens. My husband obtained his citizenship by qualifying ten years long stay (8years study + 2 years working visa) and I got my citizenship based on spouse visa.

I want to give birth to my child in China in order to maintain his Chinese nationality.

My question is what visa should I get for my child to come to UK?

Child will not need a visa as will be British by descent. Get a CoE to go in Chinese Passport.
