Hi,

Me and my husband have ILR which we got 1 year back. I have two children aged 6 yrs and 2 yrs who are born outside UK (India). Currently they are on Tier1 dependant visa.

My husband and children are planning to go for citizenship together.

1) Is it possible for minors to go for citizenship with Tier1 dependant visa or do they need ILR .

They should have ILR.

But i heard that children (MN1) can go for citizenship along with one of the parent regardless of their visa status.
