AN form checklist

Hi,
Could you advise if the check list seems appropriate for submitting the AN form. Application is based on 6 years residency (5 years based on work permit (1 Year) & Tier 1(G) (4 years) and 1 year ILR)
ILR received: 05/06/2013
Applying Naturalisation on 06/06/2014. I hope this is OK!!
Documents submitted:
1. Passport & BRP card for ILR
2. MSc (UK) certificate for English Language
3. Life in the UK Test Document
4. P60 from previous employer for PAYE employment
5. Limited Company employment: Letter from charter accountant containing:
a. Tax reference
b. Stamped payslips (not submitting tax assessment as hasn’t happen yet!)
