First children passport supporting documents

I'm not sure where to put my topic please move me to the correct topic area if required.

First of all, my parents are thinking of applying a British passport for their newborn baby (born on 18/03/14). Both of my parents are still Chinese nationals and hold the "Indefinite Leave to Remain" immigration status and the baby is born in UK after they have obtained the said status. I have filled in and submitted the application form for the children first time passport online, all I need to do next is to fill in the declaration form and post it to the passport office with supporting documents.

My question is what kind of supporting documents are required:
I know photos are required.
Do my parents need to send both of their Chinese passports AND their "Indefinite Leave to Remain" residence permits?
If they are required to send the residence permits are the original permit required or a photocopy will suffice?
Will a court order be required to proof the child is living in the same address as the parents OR a simple birth certificate will suffice?
Are there any other documents which I have not already mentioned?

Thank you for your time
