Hi,
I got ILR in 2009 dec. However, I was not in UK for long term and traveled back and forth out of country for my official work and family circumstances.

So, last 5 years, I was briefly into UK and in and out with in 2 years of ILR validity period. SO ILR is valid. Now, I am back to UK and started working here and plan to continue in UK.

What is the eligibility to get citizenship.? Can I go ahead and apply after 12 months stay in UK now not leaving the country more than 90 days ?

Over last 5 years, I was away from UK more than 450 days (only short trip to UK in last 5 years). I saw in the application form that, there is a calculation to see the out of country days. For ILR, this was criteria. For citizenship, was that last 12 months calculated or last 5 years calculated ? .What is the requirement for citizenship now ?

Thanks in advance.
