MN1 discounted fee for multiple children any more?

I am going to register my 3 children soon on MN1 after getting an ILR. I have read about discounted fees in a number of threads but can't find it anywhere on the official documents. Has the discount been taken off recently? If not could someone please point me to the correct place to look in for discounted fees.
