Citizensip - ILR period spent aborad due to study

Hi!
I am an EU citizen and have lived in UK for 5 years. My last(..before citizenship application) 12 months or ILR period started about 2 months ago. I would like to go back to my home, EU country to start part-time university degree. It is 4 days a month so in my second and third year I may be able to travel between this country and the UK. Within that period I plan to stay self-employed in UK, pay taxes and NIC. I plan to stay permanently in the UK after I finish education.
Will I be able to apply for citizenship next year considering my absence in the last 8 months of ILR due to studies?
