PCN and civil case queries for BC application

Hi All,

I'll be applying for BC this year and have few questions. I'll appreciate if someone can answer these.

1: Since 2007, I have received couple of Parking fines by council, the last one was in 2011. All paid on time. I know that shouldn't have any bearing on outcome but do I need to mention these?

2: Me and my brother have been accused of taking money and not completing the business transfer in a civil case(false accusation of course). When weakness of evidence(Copies of checques made out to my name but no evidence of those cheques being cashed. Cheques were either not cashed or bounced) was brought up by our lawyer, other party asked case to be hold and there hasn't been any update on the case for over an year. My brother is in talks with our lawyer so case can be ended but current status is that case is on hold upon request of other party. It didn't even go to the stage where we had to go to the court. Initially we did receive citation from court though and only then we got the lawyer.
My question is that should I mention this in my application? would it cause any problems?

Thanks in advance.

Both no, insofar as there are no criminal proceedings.
