hi all
i have got my ILR recently.my son 8 years old born in uk.his application as tier 1 ent dependent is pending as (i applied tier 1 ent then varied it to ILR) .
now can i vary my son's application into MN1?
OR I HAVE to make a new MN1 application?

if i can vary current application into MN1 anyone knows any guidance regarding this matter please inform me.

The MN1 registration is not an application for leave to remain (such as a Tier 1/2 visa, ILR, any dependent visa, etc...). They are different administrative concepts. You will have to do the MN1 registration separately.
