Am I eligible for citizenship

Trying to ready all documents on Homeoffice but still confused about time frame after ILR, can someone please help me out I will really appreciate, my details are as following:
Came in uk on student visa 2006.
Tier one General got in 2010
Got married to British girl in December 2011
Applied spouse visa in April 2012
Spouse visa approved in July 2012
Approved Ilr on 7july 2014
When I can apply for British citizenship so I can get British passport?

Yes, it would appear so, insofar as you were present in the UK, 3 years (+1 day) prior to the date when the home office receive your application. B1 English and LIUK required.

Yes I got master degree and life in uk test passed as well, do I need to send my biometric card if yes that means I won't be able to travel abroad ?

Use the Nationality Checking Service and you can keep your documents.

You will be ok to apply but best option is to email to get a confirmation from the home office 1st
