Hi,

I am eligible to apply for naturalisation and my son was born last month in India. I am in the process of applying for tier 1 dependent for my son.

1. I have not applied for tier 1 dependent for my son yet. Say If I apply for naturalisation for myself now and in process, Can I still apply for tier 1 dependent for my son while my naturalisation application is still in progress?
or Should I wait for my son to get his visa first before my naturalisation application?

2. Consider the similar case above but I am applying for father's family visitor visa during my naturalisation in progress, Can I still do that?

If you are on ILR.. your son is eligible for citizenship isnt it ?
why do u want to apply Tier 1 dependant?

You can't apply for a visit visa if you intend to settle.

Yes, providing you have the requisite documents.
