Me and my wife are both with ILR for more than 2 years, our son was born 2 months ago. Is he eligible for British citizenship. Also can I apply for the British passport directly without

Where was your Son born?

If your son born in UK then yes he is british by birth and can apply directly for passport considering you have settled status.

If your son is born outside.. you have to register him as BC by using form MN.
