Hello can someone please help with 2 questions please

Do I need to be in employment to qualify for citizenship (I have been unemployed for a year now and I am not on any benefits of any sort)

Can I give a certified copy of my passport and ilr and go on holiday.
I have been away for 80 days this year and may have to go away for 6 weeks.
I will go only after I submit the application so as so to stay within the 90 day rule.

Thanks in advance

You can do this. But if there is anything wrong with the application and they need you to send in any documentation, they will contact you by post and you will have a limited time to reply. Unless you have somebody in UK who you absolutely trust with your private documentation and is quick and reliable, you should think about the necessity of that trip very carefully.
