I submitted by application through an immigration adviser early June. So far, neither I nor my advisor has received any acknowledgment letter. The fees still have not been debited from my bank account. I am anxious to know what has been going on. Is there a number that I can call the nationality team at the home office? My advisor has said to me that they have been sending them emails but got no reply yet.
