Hi,
Could someone tell me which date should I declare on my naturalisation form when asked which is the first day I entered UK with a view to stay here on a long time basis:
1. I first came to UK 14 Septmber 2006 on a student visa
2. With PSW I entered UK on 19th August 2008
3. Granted Work permit on 02 Spetmeber 2008 while I was already in UK
Thanks a lot in advance.

It is 2.1. The guide expplains:
"Enter the day you first arrived with a view to staying in the UK on a long-term basis, and the airport or seaport through which you then entered."
However, I was on a student visa then and ideally the intension should be to study. Hence I asked should I put down the day I entered here with PSW (i.e., 19/08/2008?) or the other date?
Additonally, how do I correct any mistake on the form? I have already put down 19 August 2008
