My daughter was born in Zimbabwe in November 2004
Her father got his ILR in March 2004, granted British Citizenship 2013.
Under section 3 (1) Children born before 1 July 2006 whose father is a British citizen but not married to their mother, is my daughter legible. And if so what type of citizenship would she be granted?

Is your daughter living in the UK? What's her immigration status? Do you (mother) live in the UK? What's your immigration status?

We both live in Zimbabwe. No applications have been made for migration to the Uk.

We are planning on applying for settlement visas next year and relocating.
Would it be best do the MN1 after settlement visa and relocation?
