I cannot see any section to write Child's first name.Only surname is asked in sec 1.5.
can anyone confirm where to write child's first name?

I'm filling my child's MN1 as well. I wrote my child's last name in 1.5 and first name in 1.6.

How can 'other' names be first name.The guidance notes is bit confusing and the example given doesn't really match with the question in the section.But logically, there should be a first name mentioned and seems could fit in sec1.6.

It is clearly written in MN1 policy guideline first name will come in other name section.
So you don't need to worry write first name in other name section simply.
