Apologies if this has been answered before but I couldn't find it.

I'm going to apply for naturalisation using AN for me and registration for my child using MN1 under Section 3(1).

Have a question how to fill the payment slip. do I have to fill two forms or same form can have both the applicants ?

Please clarify.

You need to fill two different forms and include two seprate payment sheets for each application.

Yes two forms need to be filled why there is a confusion?
