urgent plz help Enlish language for citizenship

Hi dear ,
can you please confirm me one thing regarding knowledge of life and language
i have got the certificate of comparability from uk and they have stated my degree is equaivalent to british bachelor degree and i got the letter from university stating my degree and medium of instructions
would these two be enough for proving the knowledge of language . in the form i have selected the following option but there are two more items which one should i select .
I have obtained an academic qualification deemed by UK NARIC to meet the recognised standard of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in the United Kingdom and:
UK NARIC has confirmed that the qualification was taught or researched in English; or
the qualification was taught or researched in the UK or a majority English speaking country(other than Canada); OR
i have selected this option but dont know what to select 1 or 2
