Dear gurus,
I found the below point in the UKBA absences guidelines https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... let-an.pdf . But i am not sure how can some one prove to satisfy the below condition.

"you have established your home, family and a substantial part of your estate here."

I hope my question was clear.

Thanks,
Suresh

What are your absences if you are asking?

Do you live in the Uk and do you have your family living here with you?

Do you have a mortgaged home?

Having a family in UK, living in your/rented property and having most of the estate here is enough and all can be easily proven.
