From looking at the timeline, most documents are returned a week after application of new passport. I've not had mine back yet and it's been over a week. Wondering if it's because I chose secure delivery. Anyone else chose secure delivery? And if so how quickly did you get your documents back?

I think you can phone the courier up, it's called DX Courier I believe. If you tell them you're expecting your passport documents and you give them your name, postcode and address they'll be able to you if they have anything to deliver for you. I think it's also possible to get a tracking number out of the passport office and then phone the courier. Usually it's a case of a missed delivery and they are waiting for you to organise a redelivery.
